To celebrate the history and heritage of Somerset, The Newt’s estate and gardens have been lovingly transformed by Karen Roos, owner of the award-winning luxury hotel, Babylonstoren, in South Africa’s Franschhoek valley. The former barton farm buildings of Hadspen House have been transformed to provide a luxury spa for the exclusive use of hotel guests - taking inspiration from the surrounding ancient woodland.
